I believe that diversifying workouts with some creativity has a huge impact on maintaining an active, healthy lifestyle. My mission is to provide an encouraging and supportive space to individuals, no matter where they are at in their fitness journey. I will work with you to identify goals and meet you where you are at with no judgement.

 

Fees:

  • $50/one 30 min individual training session

  • $350/eight 30 min individual training sessions

  • Group training fee depends on number of members in group.

Groups and Workshops

Yoga & Trauma Process Group for Women

This 8-week psychoeducational and discussion group will include processing and/or discussion about trauma and how it affects our lives and wellbeing, followed by some gentle yoga. Members will gain awareness of how past trauma affects their body, mind, and interpersonal relationships and learn some ways to calm their mind and body when triggered. We will focus on the effects of the trauma, rather than the trauma itself.

 

  • Thursdays from 7:00 - 8:00 PM

  • $420 for all 6 weeks or 2 payments of $225

  • Next round starts October 13

Middle School Anxiety & Art Therapy Group

These groups focus on gaining awareness of how anxiety impacts us and how to manage anxiety when we notice it. We will discuss different DBT skills and how anxiety shows up in our lives, and we will complete an art project each week to have a visual to remind us to use our skills.
