Interested in Counseling?
I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, intrusive negative thoughts and self-talk, creating healthy relationships, self-esteem, body image, adjusting to change and transitions, and more. I utilize a variety of treatment modalities, including trauma-focused, person-centered, psychodynamic, mindfulness, CBT, DBT, EMDR, expressive arts and play, attachment-based, and IFS therapies. I truly believe in holistic wellness and adjust to the needs of the individual.
Interested in Fitness?
I enjoy working with all fitness levels in small groups and one-on-one. We will work together to create a workout plan that works for you and your goals. As a group exercise instructor, I teach a variety of formats, including yoga, indoor cycle, strength training, TRX, yoga/Pilates fusion, dance, kickboxing, and more. I believe that diversifying workouts with some creativity has a huge impact on maintaining an active, healthy lifestyle.
